When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak festival seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package heads out.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks, pasties, and bodysuits are final sale.
How do I know which size to choose?
Since festival wear often runs small or features high-stretch fabrics, we provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our rave gear worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Afterpay for orders over $35.
